Late Shri. R.G. Kothari founded M/s. Kothari Metal & Alloys in the year 1984, which is parent company of the Group. The purpose to found this company by Late Shri. R.G. Kothari had his ambitions to produce pure Lead of 99.97 PCt min, Lead Alloys, Calcium Alloys, and Master Alloys and he achieved his ambitions.
Kambare Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd.
The Promoters decided to firm a company who can produce the Lead Base Oxides which is one step ahead of Lead Metal. M/s Kambare Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd. firmed in 2002 with its main objects to produce all Lead based Oxides like Litharge (PbO), Grey Oxide, & Red Lead in addition to produce pure Lead Ingots of 99.97 PCT Min. After formation of this company the group got booster in production, turnover, employment and gained a good name in Industrial Sphere.
Main objective to form this company was that to increase the production capacity to meet customers demand and to produce products like refine soft lead ingots of 99.97% conforming to the specification of BSEN 12659-1999 standard and also, the company diversified products called lead oxide yellow (Litharge), grey oxide and red lead according to the standard specification of buyers.
Kothari Metallurgical Exports Pvt. Ltd.
To add one more feather in the cap of Group, the promoters decide why not to go into depth of Lead Industries i.e. to recover lead Metal from Lead Concentrate, Lead Ore, Lead Dross and Battery Scrap. The main object to firm this company are Smelting, Melting and Refining of Lead. The formation of this company was made by the groups Promoters and Directors in 2004 to achieve all ambitions of Late Shri R.G. Kothari.
This Company has guided the group in one more way, which is how to make the prime Lead Metal from Mining Materials, and the group got great value of its kind. The group finally decided to go in mass production of smelting and recovering lead metal from lead ore, lead concentrate and battery scraps.
